SAR12 double shingle made from WTF's ACRONYM (http://www.wtfidea.com/whiskey-two-four-acronym-500d-laminate-yard/) (Advanced Composite Rugged Optimized NYlon Material) 500D laminate.  4.4oz / 126g.  For comparison, the previous version (last pic in this post), weighed 5.3oz / 150g.

I am impressed that you made the whole pouch with laminate, i would have guess the laminate would have been to rigid to pend the corners.

Funny that I've been exploring the same thing... there's a way to make a cut in the corners that saves the need for folding (similar to carton box openings).
