Hey all,
Are there any sources, or anyone ever utilizing older patterns, such as the original ERDL, Rhodesian Brushstroke, Australian DPCU, Soldier 2000(South Africa), etc? Not necessarily for tactical gear, but I could see some of these being popular with the non-tactical crowd, like those of us making custom bags, etc.
Any thoughts? Would/could there be snags with copyright/trademark issues if one were to see about having custom rolls printed, kinda like the American Flag 1000D I've seen some makers using?

I want Rhodesian camo 500D. That would be great.

I have a small amount of Rhodesian Brushstroke in a heavy twill. Have only used a bit of it for a single project but I would love to get more, especially in Cordura.
Other old school or unique patterns seem to have a near-cult-like following. Night Desert Camo, DPCU/DPDU/DPNU, 6-color Desert, 'Nam era Tiger stripe, etc. One of the downsides to focusing on custom orders is the fact that I have a lot of space taken up by a lot of various patterns and colors. But on the other hand, capitalizing on some of those (DPNU right now) is remarkably profitable.

Would 1000D be ok, or only 500D?

I have some UCP-D Cordura, and have been working with laminating night desert camo (have a roll of it) for heavier purposes than the poly/cotton blend is meant for. Fun stuff, really popular with a lot of fanboys out there.

If I had 1000D, I'd do some packs. 500D would be good for pretty much anything. If it ever happens, someone better let me know ;)

500 would definitely be preferred, but I’d buy 1000D if it wasn’t available.

I got a lot of Oman print rpm from these guys .....it’s gone now which is a shame cos I loved it.
At the moment they are stocking Jordanian digitall patterns
They seem to have a source from obscure middle eastern patterns
But I absolutely love it.......they sell it reasonably priced to.
