Looking for manufacturer of IOTV 10mm cooling FR mesh, need around 500 yards. Coyote, Olive, Black.

Heathcoat Fabrics in the UK supplies military spacer mesh (you've certainly seen it on Osprey body armor). Nice people to work with, ask for samples. They can do FR, IRR and antimicrobial treatments.
