I have no idea about the technicalities in LASER cutting development, but I can tell you that I'd provide any input that I could, and more importantly, would buy one and have it sent to Australia in a heart beat. Brilliant concept and good luck! Cheers mate.

G'day mate,
Welcome aboard. I completely agree with your comment about new blokes can ask questions and get treated with the same respect as someone who's been here for awhile, it's a brilliant community.

Looking forward to seeing some of your projects. We all started somewhere.

Cheers,
Andrew

G'day all,

Well finally after much observing and drooling at the phenomenal gear I've seen on here, I'm finally posting 'something' I made. It's by no means anywhere near the standard of work out there but I thought it's about time I contribute something.

A mate of mine wanted something small and compact to put all his toiletries in his pack with when he deploys / goes field etc.

We came up with this design and its lasted a field trip already so I'm pretty happy. It's made out of DPCU GORETEX, all one piece to keep the strength.

Very happy to receive any comments you may have and thanks for taking the time to have a look.

Hey mate,

A lot of good attachments out there, I have one for my 1510 which is extremely similar to the 1508.

I got this from Sewing Machines Australia and it's a swing away one which saves me so much time because I can keep it constantly attached.

I've done a video for it if you like to have a look.

It was a bit pricey but saves me money through time of attaching and removing every time I need to bind.

Cheers,
Andrew
