320 CAD? is it for the whole set or just the binder?

That's for everything. The binder bolted to a needle plate, modified feed dog and inner and outer foot.

I sent out emails for quotes to a ton of attachment companies. I found a fairly affordable option in Quebec, B&J Attachments. They were cheaper than most of the U.S. companies, about $320 CAD. I sent them test materials and they fabricated the binder in about a week or so. The binder I had built is #499 1" x 0.5" x 1/4" opening.

320 CAD? is it for the whole set or just the binder?

Hello/Bonjour,

My name is Randy and I am from Edmonton, Alberta Canada. i am an ex-miltary and used to work for a defence contractor. I am planning start my own gear making business next year.
