Asset exchange / WTB Swiss camo 500D Cordura (TAZ90)

Good day,

I was approached by a customer to make him some patches.
He did ask if I had the current Swiss camo in stock (no) and so I have been looking around for 500D Cordura in the current Swiss camo.

Has anyone some fabric laying around? Or can someone send me off in the correct direction to a seller?

Service exchange / Looking for a hot/cold cutter service

Good day,

I'm in the running for a large contract need someone to cut a lot of narrow elastic fabric and velcro.

I need
2600 pieces of 4" elastic webbing (length 5,9" - 15cm)
2600 pieces of 4" hook velcro (length 4" - 10cm)
2600 pieces of 4" loop velcro (length 3,15" - 8cm)

I'm not looking to buy my own hot/cold cutter at this moment so need someone to cut these pieces for me. I'm looking for a company to work with and do the cutting for me

I'm located in Belgium EU.
But I do not have a fetish that the material needs to come from the EU.

Leed time is as short as possible.

Material is 4" Elastic webbing and 4" Velcro (hook and loop)

Hey guys,

The most urgent one is 500D cordura in dark brown. Have been looking all over the place but can't seem to find it. I have found it in 1000D but no luck in the 500D departement. Need it for a custom project for a customer.

Second, less urgent and could find it on ebay if I get lucky. But if any has some to spare: AOR1 and 2.

Hope someone can help me out on the dark brown. That would be awsome.

I have to make a few patches in PenCott Greenzone. I need 2 meter 500D Cordura for this project.

Have been looking all over the internet but it seems that all PenCott Greenzone is sold out. Contacted a few companies by email but no luck. Not even MMI.

Is there anyone who could spare the amount.

I have a question regarding the technique for IR printed patches. Been looking on google but came back with nothing.
Has anyone any idea how the proces works and what kind of tools you need to produce these?

Hey boys and girls,

I have a question, maybe i'm doing it wrong but Google wont help me out.
I'm looking for a manufacturer of IR reflecive material. Black is an awsome start but if somebody had an adres where they sell different options that would be awsome.

Currently I did my shopping with http://www.anytimesign.com/ but they ran out of 2" material. Due to a project i need some material as fast as possible.

Any suppliers in the EU would be a plus.

Hope somsone can help me out here.

Materials science / Cordura laminate

Hey guys

I have a question regarding the Cordura laminate fabric. WTF is selling the fabric on his website.

I was wondering how this compares to HANK or CSM fabric.

Second question, how does the fabric behave in a lasercutter. Is the laminate as HANK or CSM on a PVC base. Will it produce hydrocloric acid and toxic fumes?

Hey guys,

Working on a special project.
I was inspired by the S&S pull tabs and was looking for a geed replacemet made in the EU. As I did not found what I was looking for, I started creating my own to replace the webbing types.

Right know the design is at 95% and I had some prototypes made (3D printing). I have tested them on my kit and so far I'm really happy how they are at this moment.
The next thing will be looking for a manufacturer who can build a mold (injection molding) and see what this costs.



What do you guys think.

I'rm a small one man buisness in Belgium (Europe).
Our prime goal is the production of patches in all colors and sizes. We do production in small quantities (1piece) to lage volumes. Our second goal is the production of small tactical equipment.

Later on we will be offering all sorts of laser cutting services.

   Laser: GCC Mercury II - 40watt laser
   Sewing machine: Juli LU-563

     WolfGrey (15-20yards)
     M81 (3-5yards) (found at Rochwood and ordered)

Have searched the whole web but so far didn't find it in small quantity.

Can somsone help me out. That would be awsome.
