This is interesting; I did not realize you offered these types of products

I am looking for the thin strip material used to stiffen molle straps. Its the material that is sandwiched between two pieces of webbing, used for attachment of bags to chest rigs.

Would you have a material like that available.

Your looking for HDPE you can find it easily enough online is large sheets

Depends where you are based

Europe = CLDistrubution
Everywhere Else = Brookwoods for cordura and texcel for webbing unless your after woven then WTF is your best option

appreciate the reply

are you sure about the tension from speaking with a supplier and looking at the manuals both hs and fs models have the same tension systems with both mechanical and digital methods of adjustment

Hey guys about the pull the trigger on a bar tacker mainly been focused on getting the Brother KE430HS-5 but when speaking with some suppliers they often recommended other machines also. Mainly to give me options or possibly they get better margins

The other options recommended alongside the brother are
Juki LK1900
Highlead HLK03 Japanese made (Mitsubishi PLK)
Highlead HLK430 (brother rebrand I assume
And a Zoje ZJ1900DHS which I assume is a rebrand of a juki 1900

Would love to hear any experiences, recommendations or stay always for the above machines or possible some that I haven’t mentioned but are top contenders

 Cheers
Nick

100metres per roll
100pc of pulls
100pc of fixed length zipper
had been buying from them for around 3 years then out of no where no contact at all

Hey guys,

Looking into what the best/strongest method of attaching a piece of loop Velcro without stitching to obtain a similar appearance as an arc'teryx or similar high end jackets.

What methods are used by the above or you personally have good experience with? or do you know who may be able to answer.

I am aware of the ultrasonic method but does that require a certain Loop type and have also found some info on velcro.com regarding loop with a heat activated adhesive which is rated for -20C to +80C but unsure on it's strength

appreciate the insight guys cheers

Hey guys,
Looking for a source for 1" velcro one wrap in coyote that sells by the roll. don't quite need a full case so direct to Velcro for the time being will need to wait. preferably an eu source or if in the states ships to the uk.

I am aware of
industrialwebbing
globalindustrial
but both of these don't ship outside the us

cheers
Nick

yes, atmega 328p is the same of Arduino Uno. One of them should be enough for all the machine. I'm developing a project that has much more calculations involved and the Arduino is working well.

Can I ask you which limitations did you find withe the Arduino IDE? I know that the Atmel IDE is more powerful but actually I had never found any limitation with the Arduino IDE.

thanks.
memory wise i could definitely fit it on the one chip if there wasn't as much temp monitoring throughout the system but even with that said a microcontroller is a single core chip so trying to run two continuous processes simultaneously won't work.

a form of temp control could be integrated to act as an interrupt but the accuracy of the control isn't ideal when dealing with that kinda temp or for trying to maintain a long lasting blade.

running temperature control on a single chip allows full continuous monitoring and control of the temp circuit without effect the rest of the system

if you don't think this is right drop me a private message and we can talk about it.

for the arduino ide it just isn't very efficient with memory and automatically including .h files because it assumes you need them isn't always ideal.

would like to hear about this project your working on. drop me a private message if you wanna chat about it
