Packs and bags / Krypek rucksack
« on: December 20, 2015, 03:45:39 AM »
Hello guys, this is my last backpack. When i started it I only wanted to do a rucksack with an opening similar to dry bag, without any pouches or other stuff, like you can see i changed idea during the process, i tried some new techniques but without thinking too much about the use so there are some errors or things that i don't like. first of all i think it stays to up on the back and it should be stays at least 10cm lower. here the pics.

advices are always accepted!

Packs and bags / Desert DPM Pack
« on: October 26, 2015, 03:31:28 AM »
Hello Guys, cause back pain i'm working not as much as i would like, anyway here my last pack i ended yesterday. It is based on the same design of the Tiger Pack but with some improvements related to the aesthetic side and i tried some new ways to hide the end of pals. I did some errors (you can see on the little external pouches, it's not very clean but it works) and some days ago when the pack was entirely sewed when i was for reverse the pack i realized i forgot to put the sliders on the zipper... 2 hours wasted unsewing everything...

here the pics, leave you feedbacks please!

Concept, design, and engineering / Paracord pals
« on: August 07, 2015, 05:23:26 AM »
Hello forum, I had this idea on mind from last week so I decided to try. Like you can see it is a prototype (it is a velcro to pals platform) so the colors don't match a lot... I didn't see anywhere this system but maybe someone else tried it before, or maybe there is a reason if anyone has never tried.. anyway it seems pretty stable, a bit less than webbing but not noticeable in standard use. I'm planning to do maybe a backpack in this way, let's see what happen..
what do you think guys?

Concept, design, and engineering / Hypalon Standalone pals
« on: August 06, 2015, 12:52:59 PM »
Hello guys, I remember there was a comment similar in the forum about this topic.. anyway here the idea. A piece of hypalon (a full yard?!?) with all the pals cut and a little grid marked also with laser so little guys can manually cut how many rows and column they need. I think it would be perfect to have it in 2 design:
Full skeleton like this

And with only the lines like here

So we can make something like this

What so you think guys?

Service exchange / Free design with very little fees

Hello guys,
I had an idea, don't know if great or no... let's try.. I have time for design stuff but not for production so I offer to design stuff what you want for free with just a very little fee for every product sold. (or in a way we both like) You will get a full list of every piece needed, paper patterns and instructions. I'm working for do patterns also in cad format but at the moment i'm not good.
thanks for the attention

« on: June 24, 2015, 03:52:24 AM »

hope you like it, i know it is very simple but i'm starting again to sew after some time.  :)

Everything else / Tobacco Holder
« on: June 16, 2015, 05:01:43 AM »
Hi all,
my gf asked me for a tobacco holder so i did one, nothing of special... BUT then she wanted to make one and i'm very proud of her. I did the True Timber one and her is the blue one.

Hi guys,
i think a laser printer is the secret dream of everyone here. Honestly speaking i prefer some old stile mag pouches or chest rig vs hypalon etc but i have to admit you can do cool stuff. Actually I'd love to have one, not for massive production and just for cut some stuff, start to play and understand how a laser printer works, make some swag stuff like patches, labels and also some hypalon work.  is there a small and cheap machine capable to do what i said but cheap?!? i mean under 1000$. Actually i don't need anything for production so it will works something like 10 mins for day and i don't have the space or the money for a big one. With Fouinard we found this one it seems capable to cut 3mm leather, do you think it can works well for some little stuff? i also know the A3 is not really big but like i said it is only for little pieces...

Everything else / X-pac Wallet
« on: February 16, 2015, 06:33:54 AM »
Hi guys, here a very simple wallet i did with X-pac (tx 07). it is the first time i use this stuff but is very cool, you only have to pay attention of do not over stitch a lot because you risk to break the 'fabric'. I didn't folded the edges because it doesn't frays but i have to test if this solution is ok or i need to fold/bind it in some way. It is also very quick to do, in fact they are just 5 pieces of fabrics and the weight is only 15g (0.53oz). I think i have found the 'every occasion gift' for my friends! hope you like it, ciaoo.
