Haven't had the opportunity to reply and share: so to get it back to normal, I have adjusted both top and foot tension and some minor height adjustments. It works fine now. In case anyone else has the same problem: just play with the thread tension and you should arrange the problem ^^

Is a walking foot Brother DB2-B978
Needles are universal 110
Thread is GŁtermann Tera 40

This is very strange, it works smooth on the same tubular without the elastic shock cord...maybe the shock cord is too thick (and would need to adjust tension somewhere)?

Just started to make some bungees with 3/16 shock cord and have a bad result... Stitches on top are ok, on the bottom this is a real mess: any ideas?

10yards for prototype, if order is confirmed 200 yds +

Priority is tubular webbing in ranger green  :)

Anyone has these items? Have found some "ranger green" tubular (JONTAY) but colour not matching the rest of the webbing.

These labels are awesome, already have some and excellent. Easy to sew, very good resistance, super fast shipping

I'm looking for grey lettering and black background

Hi All, looking for sew in labels for slings (white letters on black label). Have had bad experience with poor quality labels, what type of label would be a good fit ? A good place to buy you may recommend?

You can buy tubular black at

I have tubular multicam in stock and I can send you 3meters to you.

I have purchased Extrem Textile 1'' tubular black webbing: not the best for slings, it is a bit too thick. Looking for something thinner :)
The Grey tubular webbing is very nice!
