Rolling Luggage Frame

Hey,

Does anyone here have any experience making wheeled bags? If so, can you shed any light on sources for a heavy duty rolling bag frame?

I've got a customer who wants a custom bag for some specialized equipment, and wants to to have wheels. I'm looking for something like the frame used on the First Spear contractor bag:

Now FS actually sells these rolling frames separate, and right now that's what I will likely use. But if there are sources where I could potentially get something like this frame is different sizes, it would expand the options I can provide this customer. And if this project goes well, I may develop a line of different rolling bags for this specialized market, and having a few different frame size options could come in really handy.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
