I'm pretty sure for ours we just filled in some blanks on a Shopify template. I don't remember particularly. I think most people just copy one from somewhere and modify to suit their needs (by changing names and addresses and such). Unless you have something specific that you need to say, I think that should be fine. You can visit a few sites that are similar to yours and read through their Terms to see what's standard.

That's for the United States, where there are no particular laws for sites that aren't targeted at children, and a Terms of Use page isn't going to make or break a legal case.

I sell on ebay on a regular basis and I can tell you that most people don't read or skimp any of that, they would just cry to paypal anyway whether they are right or wrong.  I kept mine as short as possible for simplicity sake.

- All items are made to order and are non-refundable
- All items comes with lifetime warranty but will be handled on a case to case basis
- Shipping and all/any fees are the responsibility of the customers
