We made these as a test to see how fast we could cut/clean and sew 50ea TQpouches using hypalon backers.

Pretty nice. I like that it offers quite a bit more coverage than other similar designs (and by similar, I just mean vertical format with 2 retention bands). It still looks like it would be quite lightweight in spite of the increased coverage.

the weight is 19grams. I wanted to make it with 5" Multicam elastic to cover the whole front but the elastic is 5mm bigger then a backer made for 5rows(3rows webbing,2rows space)

Ever thought of making a horizontal option? I've hear lots of rumblings abut them recently.
