It might not be a big deal for some of you, but I thought I would share it anyway. The MFG is pretty recent too.

I know A&E is the only brand I use. I don't see it on the Anefil Nylon color chart, is this something you can order from them?

This.  There are actually two other brands of "ranger green" that I have tried in the past.  Neither matched well with the webbing and fabric I have.

I have two cones coming in in a week or so, let's hope it actually works :)

The ones from GSI actually works really well especially on solution dyed fabric, I will try to dig up some pic so you can see it.

@WBTactical: I ordered mine through GSI as A&E arnt very easy to work with or responsive to emails in my experience, so it was easier to go to one of their retailers and have them sort it out and GSI has always served me well.

Ahh I see, and here I thought I can actually order some directly without worrying if they will work or not. It's been two years since I got mine through GSI, is it still Anefil Nylon Olive (56779) by any chance?

Just got them in the mail today and did some sewing with it, a little bit on the green side than the ones GSI sells but overall very kosher. The experiment is done on solution dyed material so I can't say it will work with vat dyed RG stuff though.

Thanks!

With many LE Agencies using Ranger Green, not a bad idea to keep some #69  T70 on hand.   No more trying to scrounge Olive Drab Neutral Shade #1, or finding a Smoke Green that is close to your vat dyed or solution dyed webbing selections.
