Metal PALS Adapter
« on: March 16, 2018, 09:02:53 PM »
Looking for some simple metal hardware to allow horizontal attachment of 1" webbing to PALS channels. Think G-Hook, but secure. Something even as simply as the duraflex split loop, but metal. Does anyone know of anything like this?

Thanks!

I have designed such a piece (called C-hook) with and without "ladderloc" slots and had some cut out of steel (potentially aluminium would do). Haven't found a commercial offering for that but it would be quite cheap to make industrially  from bent steel wire (see webbing hanger from WW1-WW2 US canteen pouch).

I thought about a key ring, but it needs to be pretty strong.

Bootcat, I thought I saw some metal hardware like that from WTF before. Do you have any pictures? Cost? Any available?
