jaYson, the minimums are very different from YKK Canada. We are re-ordering zipper and sliders soon (#10 Reverse). If you want some, let me know.

I know this is an older thread but I wanted to update. I recently tried to go direct through YKK for up to 2000 yards of #8 and #10 CF and they told me no, I have to go through one of their dealers. Same with sliders, I asked for 2000 pieces...
If anyone knows who's got those numbers in stock, let me know.

I'm was trying to go through YKK in Plano (Dallas) Texas. looking for the following,

i have been having issues with YKK too, YKK in london used to just have an MOQ of
100metres per roll
100pc of pulls
100pc of fixed length zipper
had been buying from them for around 3 years then out of no where no contact at all

They still have minimums, but they are lower than many manufacturers and they are very responsive and helpful. They mostly stock black in coil zipper but they can special order other colors. I've found it challenging to get responses from big companies like YKK. I'd love any insights into talking to them.

Overall, YKK is generally very responsive, even to irritating questions.  They do have a sales and rear representative system, where once assigned a sales rep that is you person to contact regarding order questions.  They also have another group that handles general inquires about zipper's and sliders. 

Once you are in the system and have filled out the business entity and tax paperwork, it is simply a matter of ordering online through their customer portal.  Payment can be processed in the portal as well.
