Request: Looking for source of IR and Glo materials for patches

All,
I've got to make some crazy custom patches that have IR and Glo. Can someone please point me to a supplier/manufacturer of the materials for hex and non hex infrared material and Glo materials? I'm looking for the materials supplier and not a shop that makes the patches or a middle man/re-seller.
I've got to make stuff like this:
http://soldiersystems.net/2013/03/13/tnvc-introduces-custom-cell-tag-and-callsign-irglo-patches-from-firstspear/?fb_ref=Default
Thanks,
Alex

I believe the combo patches are FSs own tech.. I'd contact them if I were you.

Orafol

Epilon's Spectre inks

Laminate multiple layers using something like
double tack mounting tape
. Stitch perimeter.
A desktop printer cutter could potentially be a sub $10k, desktop, on demand, custom patch machine.
Please consider sharing any meaningful results

Cyalume make a retro-reflective and photoluminescent tape... either adhesive backed or for sewing called Cyflect.
