how does the HANK stuff compare to Hypalon, in terms of weights, i.e. is 16oz HANK the same as 16oz Hypalon

HANK is available in 10, 18 and 35oz and it's a neoprene rubber, as opposed to Hypalon which Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene. I think hypalon was 16 and 32oz. Other than that, they are pretty similar.

When we cut the hypalon zipperpull we do not put the pulls so close to each other but let the be a 1mm between them so it is easy to clean the lasercutter after cutting because all the excess hypalon is not in small pieces but long small stings.
