Airsoft grenade pouches
« on: October 05, 2015, 03:27:14 PM »
Had some fun at home. Made it for my friend. This grenade has cilindrical shape. The pouch has square cross section, with binded sides, with PALS loops on the back for short MALICE clip. Friend asked to use spanish buckle.

Because I bind by hand without special machines or devices, I wanted to get rid of small radius bindind that often occurs on a flap end. This is why I bend flap end under the buckle webbing. The radius is quite big so its easy.

Next attempt for the same cilinder-shaped airsoft grenades.

Triple pouch. Spanish buckles are too expensive so I used 20 mm side release buckles (perfect size for this pouch). I dont have tan color for this model of buckle so its olive, but looks ok here. No tan or camo binding or webbing too.

For buckle attachment I used webbing made of piece of fabric.

Sides and bottom are binded - to minimaze the number of layers to stitch through.

No lazy MALICE clips, now the attachment is built-in, based on the system I made for our company.
