Modernized USGI LC2 mag pouch
« on: November 22, 2015, 12:39:23 AM »
I had this idea of modernizing the LC2 mag pouch while going through my old gear bin, I added two layer 2" webbing on the inside to act as an divider and there's space for three magazines like the original LC2 mag pouch. Unfortunately being a light hobbyist I just don't have access to any decent stiffening material to make it rigid, otherwise it would had been great for long duration op or as buddy mag pouch.

Highlight: Internal divider made of 2" webbing, BFG-ish molle retention (I use regular webbing instead of the hypalon stuff), can change the dimension during construction to fit other types of mag easily

The spacing on your vertical webbing straps looks like it's off. The spacing should be .5".

Just saw this. Looks awesome! Reminds me of those Paraclete pouches with the frag and 40mm on the sides. Just a good pouch for holding extra mags on a pack or something.
