What is it designed to hold? I find that more interesting than the actual pouch design in most cases.

Customer has cut some iron bars to balance the weight of the HMNVGs when worn.  Can fit the strobe or be used for batteries.

The pouch design itself is rather boring, other than the elastic to spice life up a bit.

I can't imagine hauling around useless weight, I have built them for batteries and 9 mm magazines.
