From the states to the UK ups are taking 2 buisness days fedex take a little longer maxing at a week only longer if customs are a pain

This is interesting; I did not realize you offered these types of products

I am looking for the thin strip material used to stiffen molle straps. Its the material that is sandwiched between two pieces of webbing, used for attachment of bags to chest rigs.

Would you have a material like that available.

Your looking for HDPE you can find it easily enough online is large sheets

Depends where you are based

Europe = CLDistrubution
Everywhere Else = Brookwoods for cordura and texcel for webbing unless your after woven then WTF is your best option

cheers turns out my parts manual is missing pages

Although this has went over to talking about the software, to add my two pence the company i bought my tacker from has quoted £75 for a work clamp direct from brother. still waiting for a list of the pre made clamps sizes from brother.
will update when i get the list through

hey based out by stirling nice to have another scot on board

appreciate the reply

are you sure about the tension from speaking with a supplier and looking at the manuals both hs and fs models have the same tension systems with both mechanical and digital methods of adjustment

Hey guys about the pull the trigger on a bar tacker mainly been focused on getting the Brother KE430HS-5 but when speaking with some suppliers they often recommended other machines also. Mainly to give me options or possibly they get better margins

The other options recommended alongside the brother are
Juki LK1900
Highlead HLK03 Japanese made (Mitsubishi PLK)
Highlead HLK430 (brother rebrand I assume
And a Zoje ZJ1900DHS which I assume is a rebrand of a juki 1900

Would love to hear any experiences, recommendations or stay always for the above machines or possible some that I haven’t mentioned but are top contenders

i have been having issues with YKK too, YKK in london used to just have an MOQ of
100metres per roll
100pc of pulls
100pc of fixed length zipper
had been buying from them for around 3 years then out of no where no contact at all

Hey guys,

Looking into what the best/strongest method of attaching a piece of loop Velcro without stitching to obtain a similar appearance as an arc'teryx or similar high end jackets.

What methods are used by the above or you personally have good experience with? or do you know who may be able to answer.

I am aware of the ultrasonic method but does that require a certain Loop type and have also found some info on regarding loop with a heat activated adhesive which is rated for -20C to +80C but unsure on it's strength

appreciate the insight guys cheers
